Anyone know how old this mascara from Boots is?

 Amazingly, for a woman who brought up two make up artists, she hates make up. She doesn't exactly hate it but doesn't exactly use it either. So I went through her drawer in the house on the hunt for cotton wool and came across this.

It's a mascara from the 1970s.

I kid you not.

We cannot figure out if this is from the 70s or 80s. We do know it cost her 49p when she did buy it! It's from Boots.

 Because she never wears make up. She never thought to throw it out. So at least there is that....she hasn't worn it. Thank god.

Would love to know how old this officially is
